Crockett's legacy 2024The Galloway Raiders was formed on the centenary of Crockett's death in April 2014. The intention was to advocate and promote his life and works for a new generation.
As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we commemorate the 110th anniversary of Crockett's death and the 165th anniversary of his birth. The Galloway Raiders keeps Crockett 'alive' through digital editions of his published work (available freely at the Crockett archive site) our YouTube Channel, this website and at live events. In 2024 our Anniversary Blog will curate highlights and resources gathered over the past 10 years. Videos and talks are available on the Galloway Raiders YouTube Channel with updated content planned throughout the year.
